We
accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and
Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with
Autolights Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone
number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you.
Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit
card will be billed upon processing your order.
MONEY
ORDERS AND CASHIER'S CHECKS
Autolights
accepts money orders and cashier's checks
in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a
money order or cashier's check. Please see the full instructions below on how
to pay using one of these methods.

SHIPPING
POLICY
Autolights's orders are shipped to the Continental USA by UPS ground. Alaska, Hawaii
and all other Countries are shipped by insured mail. We also ship FPO and APO
addresses by insured mail.

RETURN POLICY
All returns must be called
in to our office for a Return Authorization # before they can be returned. A copy
of the original invoice is needed with the parts. Parts must be in original carton
& condition received. A 25% handling charge will be added to all returns unless
they were shipped in error. Freight both ways is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Products must be received by Autolights within 20 days from purchaser's
receipt. Please follow the instructions below for a return.
No
returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA Number.
The
RMA number is good for only one (1) order and must match the product authorized
for return. Autolights will offer a replacement for items found defective
subject to the terms noted below. Defective items may be returned for a same-item
exchange only. In order to receive full credit or replacement, your purchase must
be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in
original packaging. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture
of your credit. There will be a $35.00 re-box fee for products returned in a damaged
box. All items being returned must be received in our warehouse within 10 business
days (two calendar weeks) of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions.
Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit.
All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 25% restocking
fee, and must be completed within 20 days of the purchaser's receipt. Special
order items may not be returned for a replacement or a refund.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
POLICY
Your
receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify
our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer
to sell. Autolights reserves the right, at any time after receipt of your
order and without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered
of any item. In order to protect the interests of our customer's, all orders placed
over $500.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment,
as established by our credit and fraud department. We may require additional verifications
or information before accepting any order.
REPLACEMENT
POLICY
If you have received a defective product please contact our returns
department within 15 days by email at sales@autolights.tv or by phone at 316-687-4994
to request a replacement. We will give you further instructions including
the address for your return. Please have the following information at hand when
requesting a replacement: (refer to packing slip)
1. Invoice Number
2. Name
3. Bill-to zip code
Please refer to the following instructions when sending
your original item back:
1. All items must be in original condition with all packing material ,etc.
2. Remember to include your packing slip from the original order.
3. You must write your RMA number on the outside of the package. The RMA
number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized
for return.
4. Return your package to the address listed below. You must send your package(s)
via UPS, Federal Express, or other delivery service with tracking information.
(Don't send your package(s) via the U.S. Mail.)
All shipping and handling
must be prepaid by the customer.
Note:

could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit.
Please
contact customer service before you make a return. No returns will be accepted
without an accompanying authorization number and a copy of the original invoice.
TAX
Autolights is located in the state of Kansas and is only
obligated to withhold 6.3% sales tax for delivery within Kansas. If you live outside
of Kansas, you do not pay any sales tax!
PERSONAL
INFORMATION POLICY
Autolight's Personal Information
Policy provides that Autolights does not rent or sell its customers' names
or their email addresses. Autolights maintains strict security over all
customer information and does not sell, share or trade this information with outside
companies. Autolights does provide a customer's name and address to the
manufactures of any product who request such information in order to allow the
product to be purchased or drop shipped. If you need to change personal information
previously disclosed, we encourage you to contact us to update and edit your personal
information and keep it current. If you wish to remove your personal information,
we will do so at your request. For any additional questions you may have regarding
our privacy practices or if you would like to update your information please send

DISCLAIMER
Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed
or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This
disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty
if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until
goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser,
upon receipt of goods. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for
purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain
export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers'
warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have any
questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.
